It was assholes like the Sheriff who stymied the last run at Constitutional Carry in this state. THE REVENUE.

You can largely thank the Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice training for crushing the last run at Constitutional Carry. Why? They made up some bullshit about CCDW Instructors were against it (some of them were I am sure) and how this would lead to untrained people carrying guns, cats and dogs, living together, complete anarchy.

My prediction is that the CCDW training community here in the state will see a zero point zero percent drop in people signing up for classes. Too many people in this state prize having that damn piece of plastic in their wallet, too many people like to carry their gun when they go to Nashville or Clarksville.

It's about time we get this done. At work, I can't remember the last time the ONLY thing I had to arrest for was CCDW without a permit. 100 percent of the times I have arrested for it have read something like- Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree 2nd Offense (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, Receiving stolen property-Firearm, Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon. Annnnnnnddddd the CCDW gets dismissed or lumped in with the bunch of felonies.

It's a great day for freedom, tater.

I dare you to move out here. If you do, I'll do your permit stuff for free once you meet the residency requirements. Keeping a permit makes sense if you want to travel.

Hell fire JL, I'll never get to be a resident here. I would take my training by you. Cant get myself settled into a reasonable paying position, everything is not at all related to my trade. I interview back up in Ohio Monday. I dont fit.

At least take the training, and save the documents. It's a very good thing to be able to prove you studied the use of force laws, if need be.

Oh, I’ll still get a permit. Just like to have “options”. More importantly, to me it is a signal about how “friendly” a state is to the constitution. I have little choice at this point but to stay on WA til I retire. Once that happens though I shall seek freedom elsewhere.

What part of "...Shall not be infringed" don't you understand???

Love it!
Governor says he will sign it.
Says don’t like the 2nd amendment which all the law is. Deal with it or move.
