Saw a mention of this elsewhere online (but did not, as of this typing, see it mentioned on the C&S site, only on one of their social media accounts) - looks like Bill Laughridge is retiring.

Well, if anyone deserves to rest, he probably does. Sad to see them go.

A well deserved retirement!

We should post pictures of our C&S enhanced pistols.

Bill staked a plunger tube on one of my 1911s many years ago at a USPSA Nationals. He's been doing it for a long time.

Sorry to see them close. They did an amazing job on my S&W 686.
I had them transform the 6" square butt revolver into a 3" round butt about six years ago.
The wait in their queue for the work was about eight months, but once I shipped it to them it was done quickly and the workmanship was excellent.

Sorry and sad for us but I hope it is a good thing for Bill.
I have used C&S parts and they were impeccable.
I wish him and his family all the best.
