There's an article here that states, "Usersub, or User Submitted, is where anyone can post to Imgur. If enough people view the piece and vote on it, eventually it will reach the home page of the site. On July 29, 2016, users of the site decided that they would upvote every single image that’s posted to the sub, no matter what it was. [snip] The site was flooded with the weirdest stuff the internet could offer."

But that's six years ago... maybe it's a running gag?

There's also this from Urban Dictionary:
"Anyone born on July 29 is a beautiful and young soul. They always know what to do but can sometimes get a bit hyper. Sometimes they can over react to the slitest of things. Truly we are all one person living in an imperfect world and us Leos should help stop that."
