vthokyWish.com --> good deals, or junk on sale?
A friend pointed me to wish.com a couple of days ago. There's some neat stuff there (Seiko watches, Leupold scopes, etc) at pretty nice prices.
But I wonder... are the deals too good to be true?
Anyone done any Wish buying?

patwI would say about 50/50. Ordered a few things some of which were good and others were nothing like they said they were.

Cousin bought a few things on there. All made in China knockoffs of high value items. Just a means for the PRC to sell you stuff they stole the designs for.

joatmonvMy daughter has bought off of Wish, clothes mainly, and she wonders why after 3-4 times in the washer they fall apart.
She doesn't buy anything there anymore.
As others have stated, junk.
Also the adage: You get what you pay for.

mkuefferYes, all Chi-com knockoffs. I tried a MicroSD flash from there. Appears close to the real one, but did not live up to what was advertised.
Maybe I'll take some photos and post them up.

PeteFJunk,
Do a youtube search. Comparisons between real item and wish items.
Not even close.
