What has cell phone service been like during and after Hurricane Irma? In Harvey only 4% lost service in Houston, but Irma was both wind and water. Were different carriers better than others?

Verizon never lost service for us in CFL....
Neither did ATT, I'd presume the rest are working from the way a lot of the numb nuts on the roads are driving....
