Does the first amendment protect speech like this, or is this type of speech prohibited somehow? What are the limits on free speech, and where are they defined? I often hear “You can’t yell fire in a crowded theater,” but that’s not exactly true. You can certainly yell fire if there is a fire.

I see nothing in the CRA that prohibits racist thought or protest, only certain actions like housing, hiring, etc.

I know it’s not a popular question to ask, but don’t these white supremacy morons have their rights the same as a Black Panther rally does? Isn’t it a violation of someone’s civil rights for a government official, like Mayor Wu, to openly express consternation over its content, no matter how repugnant that content may be? I thought that that was the whole point of the 1A. If you could only express popular opinions, the 1A would be unnecessary.

Never been to MA and don't have much interest in going besides catching a game at Fenway for the history.

Edmond...Boston and many other places around Massachusetts are really cool and loaded with history. I used to love exploring when I used to work up there. And I've been to Fenway several times over the years and its simply an awesome experience. Unfortunately, Leftists throughout the country are destroying once great cities. Hell, I used to love spending time in Chicago and San Francisco too before they completely went down the drain with pure Leftist/communist insanity.
