Can be? I'd say almost have to be.

Pretty sure I've mentioned this before, but my State Rep. and his legislative assistant at the time recommended I run. "Nope," I replied, "Too many skeletons in the closet and the game wouldn't be worth the candle, to me."

Technically, he's right about the 2a. If one set of Americans seek to become tyrants, the rest of the Americans can kill those tyrants with state of the art weaponry thereby lowering the likelihood of becoming Venezuela. so yeah.
