The professor should tell them taking the exam or not is their choice.
Then fail them for not taking it because giving a passing grade is the choice of the professor.

The more I think about it, I like it. It's the natural outcome of the environment created by those in charge. It's a sure sign of the death spiral created by pandering to political correctness in the extreme and allowing unfettered left wing lunacy to reign without challenge. No doubt in the coming days we will hear how this professor was sanctioned for not recognizing the white priveledges he was promoting. All test will become take home and open book for minorities and the value of a degree from this disgraceful institution will be further diminished. This will continue to spiral until a degree from Berkley will not be worth the organic, non-toxic, biodegradable, sustainably sourced vegan sheep skin it's printed on.

The spokespuke was yelling "You have to listen to us" like she meant it, like it was a seriously held belief, like it's in the founding documents.
The part she's missing and that she is afraid is on the test, is that she has the right to say whatever she wants, but I, or you, or others do not have the obligation to listen. Nope. Not even a little. In fact we have the right to laugh right the fuck out loud into her shrieking face.
