Wife has been looking for a little dog. Our other two are starting to get up in age. She found Diamond (Dinah) on Craigslist. Young lady was reluctantly needing to rehome. She’s recently become a single mother, teenager and a 3 year old. Working full time as a Vet Tech, going to school full time pursuing a psych degree. She acknowledged she was unable to provide the attention a dog needs. I met the little one today and brought her home. There is an agreement between us for a few days trail period just to make sure all the pups are ok with one another. The young lady was in tears when I left. She’s inquired on how they were all getting along multiple times. I’ve texted a number of pictures. It was obvious she really didn’t want to let the little one go, but knew she needed to. The little one has found a loving home for sure. She’s 3 now so we have many years to spend with her

What a cutie!! Good on you for rescuing that beautiful dog! Schnauzers are wonderful dogs. Truly amazing and loving dogs and fiercely loyal almost to the point of jealousy. My Schnauzer will make a grunt in disgust if he feels like I am giving too much affection to the other dogs in our house. Big Grin

I have one miniature Schnauzer and three Schnoodles (schnauzer poodle mix).

Dinah looks a little like my teacup size Schnoodle Bailey. She is TINY!

Good on the young lady who allowed her to come to you. A very hard decision to make.
Lucky, lucky you. What a cutie.
