Virginia Delegate Nick Freitas: We Aren't Nazis
It is rare that I'm moved to applaud the screen. This was one of those rare occasions.

Freitas makes his points very eloquently, IMO. Particularly being as he did so without demonizing those with opposing views.

Awesome and articulated what I/we believe. Unfortunately I do not hold any hope nor trust that “the other side of the aisle” will do anything other than ramp up the ad hominem attacks and continue to actively divide our society.

One item I feel strongly about - his comments about projecting. Acting like a Nazi? Call a conservative a Nazi. Acting like a racist? Call a conservative racist. This “game” has become standard and so commonplace that no one even bats an eye. How do you reason and create solutions with this level of crazy?
