Every day if leaving here wouldn't financially devastate me I'd be in Florida or Texas, the after the fact apology is worthless. MASSPORT fiefdom of Democrat and RINO hacks, my state is so screwed.

Well reading that just overcooked MY grits. I hope the driver’s “discipline” includes termination. But it probably won’t. Mad Mad JSMH.

That’s all I’m gonna say…

"If you’re a leader, you lead the way. Not just on the easy ones; you take the tough ones too…” – MAJ Richard D. Winters (1918-2011), E Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne

"Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil... Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel." - Isaiah 5:20,24

Pretty sure there are attorneys doing just fine financially in Florida and Texas. The cost of living is substantially lower in those states as well so 'devastate' might be a bit strong of a descriptor. Unless your specialty focuses on righting the wrongs of the MASSHOLES operating in (and out!) the .gov of the Commonwealth, you might find you could do just fine in a 'Free State'...Just sayin' Wink

Regarding the actions of the Logan Express Bus Driver, Disabled Veteran or not, NOBODY that's elderly, walks with a cane, etc should be kicked off the bus and left standing at the side of the road with their bags! Things 'may' have changed, but last time I rode the Logan Express, I'm pretty sure you could board at Logan, and purchase tickets at the Bus Terminal when you arrived there, so it's not unprecidented to be on the bus w/o a ticket...This was a COMPLETELY unnecessary incident!

The cost of admission with my years of practice is close to a down payment for a house, Fla. raises the cost for experienced out of state lawyers to be admitted to avoid an influx of lawyers.

That is hilarious.

And fitting.

Is that a 3% down FHA mortgage? On a cheap house?

Florida admission by motion stops at $3K. I just had to pay $2,500 to waive into Virginia. Florida isn’t all that unusual. It’s definitely on my retirement list (not that I have a plan to retire).

It’s paying for the seemingly mandatory billboard advertising that will kill my budget.
