Always worried about the one at this Flea Market doing that. Seen it slide 15 feet from its parking spot. Was dumping last night and it started to rain with small hail. The winds buckled its side wall with urinal inward...ewwwww. They get filled with some dark blue soapy looking liquid. One here fills up fast and the Gotta Go truck pumps it out once per week.
