I have not yet begun to procrastinate |
^^^Truth^^^ It's what they live for. Forget about "the children!!", "gun safety" or any other BS mantra they come up with. Total Disarmament of us not them, is their only goal. -------- After the game, the King and the pawn go into the same box.

Why don’t you fix your little problem and light this candle |
I will be honest, I am a little afraid of them. one comment from my 8 year old at school and things could escalate quickly using the "child in imminent danger" BS. So the safe is locked, all firearms stay secured (accept what I am CC'ing) so I should be OK . . . maybe. In my first admin position I was taught to see things as the worst possible newspaper headline. "Father of 2nd grader had, 20 super high capacity Glock super evil mags (G22 mags for my G23) and 50 Mags for his Evil Black Rifle. All were loaded . . . Five Bibles were found on a bookshelf in the same room" and on and on until: This business will get out of control. It will get out of control and we'll be lucky to live through it. -Rear Admiral (Lower Half) Joshua Painter Played by Senator Fred Thompson

Try and get a gun safety program started in the school and that will show you how much is about safety and how much of it is about gun control/elimination

I never said anything about school, did I? If people would mind their own damn business this country would be better off. I owe no one an explanation or an apology for my personal opinion.

Good question - turns out the Brady Bunch runs it. https://www.nytimes.com/2018/0...fire-gun-safety.html

>> I don't know what their agenda is with the ads. Is it pure anti gun or is it gun safety? << No doubt, this is about guns: 1) They have come up with a scary name: FamilyFire! rather than something about safety. 2) The site is supported by several known anti-gun groups, but NOT by the NRA, or the Eddie Eagle program. 3) Why don't they have the dad on the commercial, actually answer his son's question? If it's about safety, that would be their perfect chance to make their point. And thanks to BamaJeepster for the further research! See his post above.
