Bowl game's
Crazy turn of events.

Michigan beats OSU.

TCU beats Michigan.

OSU (shoulda beat, but) loses to Georgia.

Georgia wallops TCU.

I think it's like one of the announcers said, the OSU game woke up Georgia to potentially losing the natty.

They played lights out this game, which makes me wonder if this effort had gone into the OSU game, would they have made a better showing? Or was OSU just that much better than TCU? Or was OSU likewise awakened by the loss to Michigan?? So much to ponder.

Only the 2015, 2016, and 2017 CFP National Championship games weren't blowouts...
Nothing worse than a blowout - so in the 9 game history of the CFP National Chamiponships, 6 have been blowouts with the last 5 straight. Frown

Respectfully, there are "blowouts", and then there's what happened last night. TCU scored 1 TD, in the 1st quarter, that's it.

I stand by earlier statement. Bama got screwed in this years BCS deal. I know. They should have won when it mattered but flukes are flukes. BUt TCU had absolutely no business being in this game. Ohio state rematch, Michigan or bama would have been a much better title game. I wonder how atrocious those 2nd half tv ratings were.

Flukes are flukes, but then everyone gets that same treatment. You can’t say that Alabama should be given the benefit of the doubt because both of their losses were flukes but that TCU shouldn’t be given the same benefit of the doubt over last nights game. If you saw the MI game last week then you should agree that TCU isn’t exactly a nothing team. They played poorly last night and GA played near perfect.

Alabama 2 losses were to top 10 teams who finished with a strength of schedule both ahead of TCU as well as their own strength of schedule was better than TCU. They were blown up on national TV. Everyone got to see how sadly mismatched they were and out of their league. The BCS system is marginally better than the old coaches and writer polls. They need more teams in
