We use zoom, I get email invites that show up on outlook calendar when accepted, Are you looking for more integration that? A lot of us aren't out of office, the app works well, audio and video, some old timers still call in I quit school in elementary because of recess.......too many games --Riff Raff--

TeamViewer includes video conferencing. I don't know if it meets all your criteria. You only need one paid account. If you have an IT department/person, they may already have an account. If y'all use Google Suite (basically gmail for business), take a look at Google Hangouts.

Thanks for the info. In the free version of Zoom, I had couldn't email invitations to participants, had to copy/paste the meeting info into an email manually. Other services make it clear that feature is only available in the paid version but I couldn't figure that out from Zoom. I'll dig a little more deeply, thanks.

We've switched to zoom pro and it has the options you are looking for. Pretty pleased so far

I just bought Zoom pro and still can't see how to invite people from the scheduling page. They have all sorts of calendar integrations but we need to be able to accommodate people that don't use Outlook.

They should be sending them as iCalendar (.ics) attachments to the email. Any email client with calendaring support should know how to deal with those. Skype? They use it at my office. I think it sucks, but ymmv. EDIT: Sorry, I just noticed you mentioned Skype. _____________________________________________________________________ “One of the common failings among honorable people is a failure to appreciate how thoroughly dishonorable some other people can be, and how dangerous it is to trust them.” – Thomas Sowell
