I’m sure Buc-ee’s wouldn’t mind as profit margins are higher inside than at the pump. I’m thinking gas stations in general are that way. If you have Wawa in your area, it’s a very popular destination for sandwiches.

Down here in S Texas we've always parked after filling if we're going inside Bucees. Not a rule or anything, its just what we do.

On a side note, we're also into shaming grocery shoppers who leave the cart in the middle of the parking lot, but that's just for kicks.

I haven’t been to one where there was a line for the pumps. If that had been the case, I’d have parked elsewhere after gassing up. At the ones I’ve been to, the pumps have been 1/2-2/3 full and everyone else was leaving their vehicles at the pump. I just figured they hit the right pump count to allow that to happen. My mistake.

I don't get that way too often anymore, but will surely plan my stop there when I do.

I have followed this development and believe that their location will be on the NW corner of the interstate, due north of the pink elephant.

Ok, it is a clean gas station.

Buc-ee's is 100 miles away but Wawa is coming to Louisville with 7 locations and 1 is on the Indiana side near me.

We have WaWa. I’ve been inside twice, maybe. Never had the sandwiches because you have ti use the touch screens to order and I have zero time for that. I don’t see anything special about the WaWas by us over 7-11, RaceTrac, Chevron, etc.

WaWa sandwiches are good, better than most of the places that are in the food business, same for the breakfast options. Touch screen is quick and easy, no waiting behind some doofus that has been in line awhile and has no clue what they want. Fast, efficient and good.

For the coffee crowd they have really good coffee with several different blends from mild to super bold and flavored, you can get those fru fru mochafrappalattenomilklowsodiumsoy things too.

Best thing at WaWa - free air for your tires, air pumps are always occupied

Bucees is super clean, lots of things to shop for, it's a mega Convience store somewhere between a WaWa and a Super Walmart/Cracker Barrell retail store, with clean bathrooms and more beef jerky than you can shake a stick at .

Two here, Daytona and World Golf Village outside Jax/St-Augustine area are always packed, there are people at the pump, every pump constantly.

Then again they are perfectly placed on I-95 and every northerner is in there, red sun burned for the way home or white like a ghost on the way down.
