Halloween is kind of a big deal here at Casa de vthoky -- we have a bunch of fun with it. Friends and coworkers come over, we move the patio fire pit to the front yard, and we hand out a bunch of candy, toys, and glow bracelets. We also eat well. I usually pick up barbecue from the local pig house and most everyone brings food, but I always want to make sure we've got plenty. Who's got good Halloween-themed recipes they'd like to share? (We're open to beverage recipes for the adults who aren't driving, too.) God bless America.

I like to bake a loaf of Pan de Muerte bread for Halloween. Hers is a recipe. https://www.mexicoinmykitchen....xican-bread-of-dead/ "It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye". I go trick or treating around the neighborhood with an empty martini glass instead of a bag for candy. הרחפת שלי מלאה בצלופחים

We have a teenager in the house, so my wife cranks out goodies every year: For dinner, “Feetloaf”! For dessert, “Braincakes”.
