Wish I would have known about this sooner! 3 boys equals 3 hours on the soccer field on Saturday and 6 hours on the football field on Sunday and countless hours at the pool. Each spring and summer.
Sunscreen/block is always a fight and a gigantic pain to put on. We tried the spray on and roll on and they are super expensive and hard to put on evenly and also go on thinner so need to be applied even more frequently.
Kids hated it and had it all over your hands. Couple weeks back another parent suggested using a makeup brush to apply. The brushes are super soft.
What a Godsend. Don’t get it all over your hands, applies the cheaper lotion very evenly, and thick enough that it does not have to be applied as often.
Cuts application time in half.

And I will add that I don’t think enough people realize this, but both sunscreen and bug “spray versions” will ruin your lens treatments on sunglasses and glasses if it’s applied “upstream” and it happens to float over to you. Ruined two sets of lenses in the last two years and I don’t even use the spray version.. just someone nearby started spraying without any thought to who was around.

My hands are in and out of gloves all day. I’ll pass. The make up brush is the way to go.
