She wasn’t in the Biden administration or the Harris administration. She was a “bundler” for the DNC and the Biden/Harris campaigns. So she was raising and bundling money in PACs and she raised enough of it that she got access to the inner ring. I suspect much of what she says is true, but also known for awhile by conservatives, she is covering familiar ground. But her motives are suspect; I don't think she is an operative from the CCP. But she has been in the inner workings of the Democrat Party and some of the things she now objects to have been out in the wide open since the Obama years. I get the feeling she is an asset who is afraid that she is about to be burned by her side and needs to switch teams asap, to stay on the inside.
