I would appreciate contact information for an FFL in the Revere, Massachusetts area. If you know somebody, please either post here or send it to the email address in my profile. הרחפת שלי מלאה בצלופחים

There are two guys I have seen listed with FFLs in Revere. I don't know them and have no idea if they are good. The guys I use have storefronts and are about 20 min away from Revere during non-rush hour. https://www.collectorsguns.com/ http://used.fsguns.com/ I have bought guns from both places, nice people to do business with.

A quick internet search does not show any FFL in Revere. Nearby Woburn, about 12 miles or so away, shows several FFL. .

I second this. I grew up right next to Revere and these two are probably your best bet.

5/15 Edit: I looked into the Facebook page...It looks like these folks closed up shop. This place is in an adjacent town, much closer to Revere than Woburn or Stoneham are. They don't appear to have a web site but do have a facebook presence. C&R Sports LLC 2 Shirley Park, Winthrop, MA, United States, Massachusetts (617) 207-1305 I don't know anything about them. I found them on a map of New England FFLs.This message has been edited. Last edited by: rebut10, ______________________ Live free or die... Don't tread on me... Molon Labe... Take your pick.

Collectors and Four Seasons are the shops in this area. Totally agree they are the best bet. I would stay away from folks without a storefront. John

I was asking for a friend (really!). As I understand it, the requirement is for an FFL to go to the Revere, MA residence of a deceased, collect the firearms, and ship them to the beneficiary of the estate (via a receiving FFL, of course). Per JohnO's post, would this contraindicate a "kitchen table" FFL? הרחפת שלי מלאה בצלופחים

Call Next Level Firearms in Salem NH, Brian the owner is really good does a lot of this stuff and when MA residents have LTC issues and local police want to confiscate guns. Does a lot of work in Mass and is very trustworthy.

If he is an FFL in New Hampshire, can he legally take possession of firearms in Massachusetts? הרחפת שלי מלאה בצלופחים

As an out-of-state FFL, he can legally take possession of it. The problem is without a MA dealer number they intentionally make it hard to unregister the firearm and that is technically required under MA law. I was planning to fill out the paperwork and send it in manually. A MA firearms dealer has a number that makes it easy and does it all online in seconds. I am not a lawyer, I researched this when planning to send a gun to my son. YMMV and I was planning this two years ago. They can legally just mail it to a local FFL where the person lives if that FFL takes inbound shipments from non FFLs. Not all do.

I think Carl at Four Seasons in Woburn would be a sure bet. If he doesn’t feel proper handling it I’m certain he’d point you in a honest direction. Stand up people there. Clarior Hinc Honos BSA Dad, Cheer Dad

There are no kitchen table FFLs. Four Seasons is a well known high volume shop that does everything by the book. I would call them. If they say a local, licensed person can bring them in. I’m sure one of us would be willing to help. I’m like 30 minutes from Revere
