I'd actually kind of like to see this happen. Auto makers have deeper pockets than gun makers, so the precedent might be more likely to be in our favor.
Thus the metric system did not really catch on in the States, unless you count the increasing popularity of the nine-millimeter bullet.

BKileThis has now happened to a couple politicians who supported defund the police. Hope they called the social worker hotline for support.

I don't think such things should be decided on a companies, or individuals resources.
