Got me thinking, wtf is that? What are the logistics? Is there a moderator? Who are the participants and how are they selected?

Of course a country with no borders couldn't very well have a "national" conversation. We'd have to open it up to anyone from anywhere.

A national conversation is something that must be held during working hours.

It’s that thing when leftists tell the rest of us we’re wrong about something and call us names when we voice any dissent to their proclamations of righteousness.

It's a shorthand reference for the level of sound generated by a particular topic within an echo chamber. When the level is at eight or above, it is a "national conversation."
