AllenInARI can't figure out how to do pics on the phone, but here are a few of my favorite ones...
Boston - Don't Look Back
Blue Oyster Cult - Cultosaurus Erectus
ELO - Out of the Blue
Roger Dean's Yes album covers are up there to, but I liked his architectural stuff more.

Already listed above, but I wanted to post the image. ELO has been my favorite band since the mid ‘70s, and this is my favorite album.

BeancookerSome of the covers and inside pamphlet artwork on the Tool albums. Alex Grey is the artist.
Some of it is pretty cool.

smschulzSoooo many great covers to chhose from.
I was a young asst. mgr in a record store when this one came out.
Roxy Music has always had great art and great music too.
One thing that young-in's who didn't grow up in the LP era will never appreciate is looking at album art.

I play in a Rush tribute band. Our "Geddy" is also "Ben" in a Cars tribute band. At one of their gigs last year, they had the real Candy-O model from that album cover there signing autographs. Let's just say she looks a little older these days.

Designed by the late Phil Hartman. Beautiful example of graphic art.

Gustofer^^^ Great album...and cover. A lot of great musicians have made their way through Poco. I caught them live about 25-30 years ago and it was a great show. They were with John Prine so it was a really great show.
I had heard that about Phil Hartman at some point but had forgotten. Thanks for the reminder.

And a pretty good record, as well.
great album, I think English Settlement is a good album cover as well,
as well as Costello's IbMePdErRoIoAmL
