Holtby is the reason the Caps are where they are. He folded against the Pens the last few years but he is much steadier this season in the playoffs.
While a great save I have to ding the shooter for not elevating the puck.

I missed the game but just watched the recap. THAT SAVE! That man earned his paycheck with that save alone.

He tried...look at the follow-through. To be objective, the puck WAS rolling just a tad, but Tuch got "good wood" on the puck...

It was amusing watching post game interviews with the Caps players choosing their words carefully about the hit on Kuznetsov considering how they have defended Wilson's play.
If the Caps win, the save will become "The Save" in Caps history. Same thing happened to the Pens during their first Cup run.

Great game by the Caps. Outplayed Vegas most of the night.
Holtby made one huge mistake but luckily it didn't matter in the end. Without the asst. by Holtby, Vegas had nothing.
Lots of shots hit pipes tonight on both sides.

Huge mistake is right. Who the hell did Holby think he was Nicklas Lidström! A goalie from behind the net clearing it up the middle. He deserved a secondary assist on that play.

It’s a non-issue. Show up to play and try to score. Reaves trying to change the tone of the game in the middle of the third was a miscalculation. You do that and you get first line on a 5-3 power play.

I missed Saturday’s game, but thought Vegas looked awful tonight. I wanted to see a good game, but turned it off in the 2nd period.
