Sigmonkey will be along shortly to tell you how. It involves downloading a utility package.

He saved my bacon more than once with this very issue.

I wish I could remember the name of the package.

I have a utility called Hiren's Boot CD. Essentially, you boot to the CD and then you have several options, one of which is zero the password for any account.

I have it as an ISO file and I can share it with you, but do you have the ability to burn a CD from ISO? If not, I'll burn a copy and mail it to you next week.

7 Free Windows Password Recovery Tools

#2 looks like the one I've used before. If it is: It used to be called "Windows Password Recovery."

It'll allow you to nuke any of the passwords, after which you can log in under Windows and make them whatever you want.

Hiren's Boot Disk should do the trick.

An ISO is a disk image (one file containing all the data to replicate/burn a Blank disk int oa fully loaded one - data, movie, OS, you name it.)
Most Disk burning packages recognize one or more types of image files (IMG, ISO, etc.) and let you retrieve the disk as originally intended.
Also, there are a bunch of utilities that will read an image file (ISO or other) and format a flash drive for you. RUFUS is one of them.
This way you can be up and running in less time and boot from the USB drive to handle the problem. Afterwards you reformat the drive to what it was before.
