come and take it
| I grew up in a long line of epic Texas story tellers in my family. This one ranks right at the top of the heap.
I have a few SIGs.

| Reminds me of a story of my grandfather's Airstream trailer. Somehow while attempting to drain the blackwater tank (while his wife was in the shower), he managed to fill it with water, forcing shit back up through the drains. To hear the story, it was like the playdough spaghetti maker forcing shit back through the drain. And my grandmother, Edith (great name for her generation) kept the cleanest house you've ever seen. The filthy curses coming out of her mouth at her husband were epic!
I wish I could tell a story like this gentleman. |

Peace through superior firepower

| Bringing this back to the top as a New Year's Eve gift for those who haven't seen it. You owe it to yourself.
This is one of my favorite things on the internet, ever.

Seeker of Clarity

| Just as it ended you could hear a woman about to ask " How come if he dropped it into the... (cistern, the inside of the house had shit everywhere)?" It's crazy how some people just have no grasp of just the basic concepts of how things are put together in the modern world. Great story! |

| I used to have Patriarchs in my family that were very much like Jimmy. My Great Uncle was one of those, Bubba. He was a little slower in speech than average but smart as a whip, and I mean razor sharp. He raised quarter horses for a good portion of his life and was well known in his town. He’d walk down the street downtown and shop owners, pedestrians, would all say hi. He was extremely well respected. He could tell you story after story like this. Thanksgiving he’d get the floor and tell one every year and non-family would say bs, nope. Every word was true. Old school Texas was like that. His “town” was Waxahachie.
