186,000 miles per second. It's the law.
| I love seeing the kids. I give them huge grabs of candy. I can not stand the infiltration of Halloween into the adult workplace. Cant stand it. The last time I put on a costume, I was in college. That is where it should end. Just my take, and I am sure many will disagree. |

| I’m sick of all those runny nosed, virus laden, messy little heathens come begging at my door. And don’t get me started on their kids. |

| I came up with a new plan for the this year. The kids with costumes get the good stuff. Even if they're older but bother wearing a costume they get the good stuff, but show up wearing street clothes and you're getting a dum dum sucker. Lol

So right.

| Anyone over the age of 12 trick or treating, not escorting a little brother or sister, should be beaten. The "me" generations took this special day for children and ruined it like everything else. Grumble grumble, bah humbug, off my lawn.

| I'm neutral on Holloween. It's fine for kids, grown very commercialized in recent times. I have no desire to dress up for a costume party.
I don't mind others participating. Our house is tucked away a good bit, maybe to 'scary' for any trick or treaters.
Our youngest has outgrown trick or treating. We used to take him to a real neighborhood with friends, fun times. A good friend lived there, so we had somewhat of a reason to be there. I liked the house that offered a 'hot toddy' for the parents. |

It's not you, it's me.
| Ha! I freaking love it! Not just for the scantily clad girls. It's just the time of year, crisp air, leaves changing color. I read the works of Poe and watch scary movies with my wife. We moved into a new house in a nice, new neighborhood and my wife and I spent the evening freaking kids out (or more so me). Piped The Halloween theme song on repeat over the Bose speakers to set the mood in front of our house. I dressed in camouflage while hiding in the bushes next to our driveway, before the porch ...I had a stick with a skull on the end of it. When the kids would come up for candy, at just the right time, I'd jump out and freak them out. Even the most "too cool" teenager would jump out of their skin! It was hilariously fun! Would people say I'm immature, sure. But I know how to have fun. I loove Halloween. |

Muzzle flash aficionado
| I didn't do anything last night. Any more I can't keep up with what night the kids are going to come around (I don't have any) and the last few years there's only been a couple come by, anyway--most of them go off to parties somewhere. flashguy

Now in Florida
| I love Halloween because what's more fun than making kids happy with candy. I have great memories of trick or treating as a kid. It's changed a lot since the time I was growing up. I now live in a neighborhood with very few kids so there is no trick or treating in my area. I used to buy some candy "just in case" but this was the first year I gave up and just accepted that no one was coming. Sad. |

A day late, and a dollar short
| We still get a fairly large turnout around here for Halloween. Decorate the front of the house just a little, turn the porch light on, and have fun passing out candy to eighty kids or so.
