M'headSigPrime Day Deal Rove R2-4K Pro Dash Cam
This is the latest model R2-4K dash cam on sale for $89.95 (regularly 129.95) through today.
I have the previous model in both cars and really like them. Others on the forum have recommended this dash cam.
I'm actually upgrading one of my cars to the Pro version to take advantage of the sale. One caveat: you do need to also buy a Rove brand SD card (also on sizable discount via Prime Day sale). This dash cam does not play well with other brand SD cards.

tsmccullWish it wasn’t a Chinese product. Any similar dash cams that come from somewhere else?

Not sure if you're going to find a dash camera that is not manufactured in China. One positive attribute that the Rove has, in common with Garmin -- customer service / tech support is based in the U.S.A., staffed by English-speaking Americans.

konata88Do we have an unbiased SF comparison of something like rove to a garmin dashcam?
It’s not just about place of manufacture but also the end company generating revenues. Rather have it be a US business.

That's for the older non-Pro model. The newer Pro that the OP is talking about is $10 more.
