Whoever is the one, I hope Peanut's millions of followers all give him/her/it a piece of their mind. For as long Peanut is remembered.

I would hate to see things go like in the story “Unintended Consequences.” I think that electing President Trump and turning Elon, Ron Paul, and others loose to legally clean out the Augean Stables is a much better approach.

This kind of nonsense though makes one wonder when someone (or several someones) is going to snap and turn some of these bureaucracies into free fire zone. I sincerely hope that doesn’t happen, but if it does I’m not sure that any thinking person can say that the bastards didn’t earn it. Sigh…

Ive done a shit load of Search Warrants in my 29+ years. A few hundred I authored. I’ve been in front of a bunch of Judges and States Attorneys to do so. Dope, guns, evidence, all of which were felonies.
I’m assuming the process in New York is somewhat similar, and learning a few things about NY, the process may be more restrictive than Chicago’s / Cook County.

I can’t see a Judge, in their right mind signing off on this.
“Your Honor, could you take a look at this Warrant. It’s for a squirrel. And a Raccoon!”

There is no way in hell that I could ever, even in the wildest drug induced hallucinations, ever think of tapping out a Warrant for that shit.

If some outside unit came into the office: “Hey, I need a team for a Search Warrant… for a squirrel. And a raccoon…”
After we laughed at them, they would probably get their asses beat.


I’ve met thousands of Cops from all over the world. Whoever the punk-ass bitch is that thought this was a good idea, needs to get the ever loving shit kicked out of them for a long time, and get stripped of any sort of authority AND the privilege of owning any sort of pet for the rest of their lives.

This is so fu..ing unbelievable! Someone in another state is able to mobilize the NY State Gestapo against a resident who rescues and loves wildlife. No court hearing to hear his side. I am retired LEO and find the behavior of the NY State DNR despicable. If they can do this to wildlife, imagine what they can do to the rest of us!

The New York State DEC facebook page is being lit up with all sorts of comments on this matter. I agree with them.

Unintended consequences is a great book.

I wouldn’t shed any tears whatsoever over those bureaucrats. They’ve certainly earned whatever comes their way. Legal or extra-legal is fine with me.
