It would be endlessly hilarious if she started receiving package after package after package of anonymously mailed old AA batteries and/or old dildos. If only. Imagine receiving the 1,000th AA battery several months later. Or her having to dispose of boxes of old dildos, month after month. That's an online petition and movement I could maybe get behind.

That is not a viable claim in Texas. That is, you can't sue someone for screwing your spouse. It is an old cause of action, and some states have abrogated it.

Interference with consortium is different. That is the claim against someone who injures your spouse such that you can't have sex with them any more. That is a viable claim in every state, to my knowledge. The question is whether firing someone, they get upset, and won't have sex amounts to an injury that is recognized as an injury for the purposes of the claim. I think not - it is fairly attenuated, and I don't know if injuries that are psychic only will count.
