Congratulations! They are wonderful companions and so long lived. Wish dogs lived as long.

I had to give up my birds last year. I just got to the point where I physically couldn't take care of them any longer. The birds also weren't happy and they made it known. I got both when they were 4 years old. Simon (Timneh) was 24 years old. Maggie (Greenwing Macaw) was 18 years old. Giving them up was necessary but I'll never be ok with it.
