Anyone using this? If so what are your thoughts on effectiveness and side effects? Thank You

I was on it for 7 months until my titer dropped to 0, but while it was working it was amazing! I was on it for UC and Crohns, and since I don't have arthritis or any other ailments it might be prescribed for I don't want to say anything else except that I saw no side effects.
