I think you are joking… Marketing is actually the problem. School, or public education should teach children at a very early age, marketing. How dangerous it is. How much bs it is. The majority of people are controlled by it. Marketing teaches you..hey you can’t afford that big screen tv, car, etc, but you deserve it! Social media teaches them, hey, even though you aren’t good at anything, you are a superthar! Marketing is a plague on society. It’s unbelievable how sheepish people are and how suckered they are into the Matrix. The problem is the parents. They are in the Matrix, living the “show”. Image, status, perception, and when it comes to money and attention, cheat, scam, do whatever it takes. Personal responsibility is dead, coffin nail dead. Us conservatives, move rural. Good folks, good neighbors still exist there. The major cities are headed towards, or already there, in some fucked up alternate reality. What am I doing? I'm talking to an empty telephone

I have tried. They don’t listen. I remember this Matrix quote. “You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inured, so hopelessly dependent on the system, that they will fight to protect it.” Perhaps you are referring to those of us who see it, never making it to political positions, positions of power, etc. That I would agree with. I’m just speaking, above, about my personal tries with friends, coworkers, etc. You tell them the truth, they disregard. You being into fitness now, think about it like this, concerning personal responsibility. 5-7 years ago, at the gym, I’d remind someone to rerack their weights or clean up their sweat from the bench they used. They’d say sorry, handle it, move on. Now, it’s different. They bow up. You can’t tell them anything without them getting upset and throwing a fit. No personal responsibility or accountability. It’s like when you are in traffic or on the road and honk at someone who isn’t paying attention or honk because they are about to hit you. They respond negatively, flip you off, exhibit road rage. What they should do, if they had personal responsibility, is have some humility, throw their hand up to say “I’m sorry” or “my bad”. Instead, they bow up, with anger, and direct it towards you. This society is crumbling under narcissism. What am I doing? I'm talking to an empty telephone

The only thing people are being trained to want from others, is pageviews. It's not the drugs, sex, or rock'n'roll that did it, it's the fuckin phones. That, and "intellectual elite" installed in public schools and colleges with their bullshit. There are too many angles to the poison, but I'll put a huge load at the foot of "Everybody goes to college." This is a real crisis, meanwhile President Bumbles is at the helm. I don't even believe in God, but if he'd take time to help us, I'll admit I'm wrong when I die. Ever notice that when a cop shoots someone, it’s the cops fault…personal. When Joe (or Jamal) shoots someone, it’s the GUNS fault. Personal responsibility be damned! -------- After the game, the King and the pawn go into the same box.
