I'll bet she takes a plea bargain down to an Impaired charge with probation. She's a Democrat like the one below, an appointee of our ex-Governor Granholm: https://thelivingstonpost.com/...-six-months-in-jail/ -------------------------------------—————— ————————--Ignorance is a powerful tool if applied at the right time, even, usually, surpassing knowledge(E.J.Potter, A.K.A. In a plea deal, former Livingston County District Judge Theresa Brennan has pleaded guilty Dec. 3, 2019, to a single charge of perjury. In exchange for her plea, the Michigan Attorney General’s Office has agreed to drop charges of tampering with evidence and misconduct in office. Wow, talk about the pot calling the kettle ... Our very own AG Bikini Kane was convicted of perjury, obstruction of justice and related charges. 10-23 months sentence, served 8 months, has kept very quiet since.

Not to wish anyone out of a job, but I hope a very recent drunk driving incident becomes the end of one particular local delegate's political ambitions. God bless America.

Ignored facts still exist |
I hate to tell you this, but there's an entire fleet of 20 year olds at the state colleges who are majoring in "Political 'Science'" with the hopes of going on for a law degree and then getting into an elected office. They don't know shit, have never accomplished anything outside of Intramural sports, much less held a job, but somehow they want to be elected to make laws for all of us. Sad but true. .

Dang, that officer has mad people skill. Reminds of trying to talk with a confused young child and keep them happy. After 12 minutes, I had to take a break. I can’t help thinking that years ago an officer might have said, “Lady, you’re trashed, turn around.”, cuffed her, stuffed her, taken her for a blood draw and processing. Amazing to see someone standing in traffic so long and so patiently. I definitely would want our police to become the KGB, SS, or NKVD, but it seems like the whole kid gloves thing may have gone a little crazy. He did do a great job asking her questions and getting her to admit she was drinking, getting her to rule out physical limitations, etc. and the whole time (at least up to 12 minutes) he sounded like a really nice guy, just trying to help her. Wow! Finished the video. Dudes are saints with reserves of patience I can’t imagine.

Oh, you have no idea. If you have a spare 38 minutes, watch This footage from near a university where the result was the university siding with a student who was stopped for a traffic infraction, and then the ENTIRE state police force deciding they were no longer going to patrol on or near the university campus --- too much trouble. .

Read this and be sure to click on the links about mid article, a little background information.https://thelivingstonpost.com/jerome-kowalski-getting-new-trial-after-release-of-report-on-conduct-of-judge/ -------------------------------------—————— ————————--Ignorance is a powerful tool if applied at the right time, even, usually, surpassing knowledge(E.J.Potter, A.K.A. Probably not. Our agency-wide average BAC for drunk driving arrests year after year hovers in the .135-.145 range with many (obviously) much higher than that. I had three over Friday and Saturday and they were .154, .190, and .222. All very obviously drunk, but none of them approaching passing out or anything like that. The driving could have been better, though...

Not at all. It was a huge political mistake because of the making of a mole hill into a mountain but it can happen to anybody.

Okay, again only made it twelve minutes before I had to pause it and take a break. I gotta imagine both those officers have to be wondering what happened to the good old days of hickory shampoo and no cellphone videos. Okay, finally finished that. This is the kind of stupid stuff that from parent failing to teach their children about respect and consequences. I totally understand why the state police might have chosen to punt. I suspect that both the community and the students would have better off if they could have stepped up patrol and handled the kids with much less patience. Too bad we’ve become such a litigious society that such an approach would never fly. Sigh...

She is a Dumbocrat House Rep not a Senator. She was a Senator in the past but that was years back. She represents Ann Arbor which is where U of M is located and the area is contaminated with dumbocrats and homo's. She is rabidly antigun so I was laughing when I saw this story the other day, I have listened to her testify in the house before and it is sickening all the guns kill kids horse crap she spews then passes new abortion laws and apparently drives drunk. To the best of my knowledge this is her last session as a House Rep (thank god for term limits) but trash like this doesn't just go away, she will get elected into another position because the voters in her district are worthless. The article I read said she was leaving downtown Detroit headed home to Ann Arbor which is 35ish miles West of Detroit but crashed and arrested 30ish miles North of Detroit in Auburn Hills. So she was so drunk she must have been lost. She is tight with wretched Gretchen the governor so I doubt this will affect her status in the capital building.

From 1/1/2007 - 1/1/2011, she was a State Representative for Michigan's 53rd District. From 1/1/2011 - 1/1/2019, she was a State Senator for Michigan's 18th District. From 1/1/2019 - present, she is a State Representative for Michigan's 55th District. Michigan allows a person two 4 year terms as Senator and three 2 year terms as Representative, so this is her last term.
