Well with all the bashing of "EVIL COMPANIES" and "GREEDY OWNERS", you know the ones who have a large part in making it possible for people to have jobs... I'm not surprised they disclosed it...
Not to mention it really isn't 'charity', it's a 'bonus', much like any other type of compensation - so it's good to attract quality employees... ones who aren't eternally pissed.

vinnybassI'd prefer to get the bonus & pay the tax on it, rather than not get the bonus at all.
FWIW, I wouldn't mind paying a million dollars a year in taxes. It would mean I made the amount of money which would warrant it.
