He was stopped because he was behaving like a complete dwong. His colour was immaterial, and until he wound the window down, he could have been ANY colour, although, having pinged his plates, they probably had a good idea.

Coming from a former teacher that did time in inner-city schools, this attitude has been a thing long before Obama was in office. The absolute lack of discipline or consequences from teachers who have their hands tied and parents who refuse to hold their children accountable are the cause for this behavior.
