Recommend an 18V work light LED bulb.
I am looking for a LED upgrade for my 18v work lights. I have found several online, but I would like to know if any one has a recommendation. I trust Sig Forum members reviews and recommendations more than the ones posted on the websites. Thank you in advance for your time.

Is there a toolset you need this to match? Dewalt, Milwaukee......

I have Ryobi, but I looks like a lot of the lights take the same bulb.

Sorry, I miss read your post. I read it as 18 Volt LED light, missed the bulb part.

No idea for your light but I have used A few different brands of inexpensive LED bulbs in both Mag-lights and an older Surefire Light. Bought them on Amazon.

No first hand knowledge, but listed on Amazon as LED for Ryobi 18V

As a point of reference, it’s nearly 50% of the cost of buying a new Ryobi One+ LED light. Link

Resurrection this. I did by a new light, but I have not been happy with it. I am looking again for a LED bulb for my flash lights.

I couldn't find a good 18v led bulb for my blue Ryobi light, and bought a smaller green led light (model p705) that works better than any of the replacement bulbs.

My issue was the 18v. I could find 12v but they didn't last. 24v didn't work well. The 18v had a strange throw pattern, just didn't work well with the reflector.

I shall respect you until you open your mouth, from that point on, you must earn it yourself.

Gibb thanks for the info. I did buy the 705 a little over a year ago, but just don't like the handle setup. I prefer my older blue lights.

Looks like they are coming out with a led light with the old style handle...

Gibb thanks again. I'll keep an eye out for these to hit the shelves. I hate to abandon my old lights, but as tatortodd said earlier bulbs are about 1/2 the price of a new light and the new Ryobi has the configuration that is closer to my older ones.
