I love a good Scramble Dog, which is just a set of overfilled Chili Cheese Slaw Dogs covered in saltine crackers together in fast food to go box.

Langer's #19 sandwich. House made pastrami, house baked rye, swiss cheese, Russian dressing, and cole slaw. The best sandwich I've ever eaten.

I have a Leo's Coney Island not too far away. They have a good combo w/ a chili dog. I may have to get a side of slaw and doctor it a bit.
As it is, I can hardly get half way through w/o making a mess of my hands and mustache.

I have never tried one but they look really good. When I'm in Georgia, a friend keeps telling me he wants me to go to Marietta to get a Yellow Jacket hot dog but I don't know what that is either. I'm a fan of hots dogs of all types. Up North Jersey they sell Italian hot dogs. They come in a large round roll that is cut in half and it has peppers, onions (cooked), potato wedges, and mustard. They come in single and double which is just fancy for one or two dogs.

I never liked the idea of a slaw-dog until finally trying one - since then, I’ve become a fan! Most of my family refuses to follow my lead on this, save for my son-in-law.

I’ve not considered the chili / slaw combo…yet! Smile

Here are some home-brewed slaw dogs from earlier this year.
