We drove southbound from Indy and did not see any booths or even lanes. Before crossing the Ohio were the usual advance signs about EZ Pass, but if there were toll lanes I missed them. There may have been readers mounted above, but I missed them too.

We have IL I pass and we're GTG, but I never saw the area that reads them.

I've driven that about a dozen times and have never even gotten a bill in the mail. Just made the drive about a month ago.

Nope.

The S/B Kennedy & the N/B Lincoln Bridges (I-65) are NOT free. As stated, River Link, supposedly linked to Easy Pass, will bill you based upon license plate registration (camera pic of plate). The new eastern end bridge (Lewis & Clark) (I-265 by-pass) is also a toll bridge. Only the Clark/2nd Street Bridge, and the Sherman-Minton Bridge (I-64) are toll-free. And yes, the River Link/Easy Pass folks are FUBAR’ed at this location.

BTW, the Clark/2nd Street Bridge is named for George Rogers Clark who help to found Louisville. The Clark Bridge was the first bridge to span the Ohio River at Louisville, built in the 1920s. The Lewis & Clark Bridge, is named after William Clark (George Rogers’ younger brother) and Merriwether Lewis, both of the famed Lewis & Clark Expedition, that was originally organized at Louisville. Yes, even the locals get confused over the similarity of the bridges’ names; I’ve forgotten how many times I’ve had to explain the naming conventions to folks.

Crossed it yesterday. River Link is easy to get. 20 bucks is the minimum requirement. 2 bucks to cross with the pass, 4 bucks if they bill you. You can pay on the website and avoid the hassel.

I go to West Lafayette regularly from Lexington.

We were on I-65 southbound over the river, I don't remember the name of the bridge. I've been on toll roads without booths, but IIRC it was obvious where the readers were mounted over each lane. I missed the readers.

We're away for two more weeks, I'll look for a letter if I Pass didn't work.

There were readers (which I never saw) and our account did get charged. Charge reads:

Plaza-DTS-Kennedy Bridge - SB-Lane 006

I've been traveling and it took a while to check the Ipass account.
