I'd put a greater proportion on the mental illness. Surely the NAACP has or has had white people work for or with them. There was - or should have been - no need for the deception.

I have no sympathy for many reasons. But one of them is that it is hard to believe she can't get work at a Wal-Mart or McDonalds.

Maybe it's because they got freaked out when she told them she was a "pan-African, pro-black, bisexual, an artist, mother and educator"....

Managers probably were high fiving each other at the lawsuit they knew they just avoided for whatever of her identities they offended.

No one in Spokane will hire her simply because they know she'll find a way to sue them for discrimination.

She sued Howard University mid 2015 for discrimination alleging she was denied a job as a teaching assistant because she was white.

The whole city or the person named Detroit? I actually knew a guy named Detroit. Also met a guy named Harlem many years ago. They were black but I'm not sure if they self-identified as something else.
