Good evening, SF. As usual, I've got questions.

A few of my peeps are headed to Raleigh for the VT-NCSU football game this week, and there seems to be just zero information quickly available regarding parking. There's info available for people who have routine parking passes, but none of us can find anything for "guests."

How does an out-of-towner find and secure reasonable parking for NC State football games? Confused

Thanks, all.

God bless America.

Just heard back. She does not know since she always walked to the games. I found a couple of websites that should help: you.https://gopack.com/sports/2022/8/10/stadium-maps.aspx https://prked.com/blog/carter-...tadium-parking-guide

Thank you (and your daughter) again.
We've been checking out the gopack website; seems to only help if one has parking passes already. I'm working on the Prked thing now -- no results yet, but will keep at it.

God bless America.

There’s usually paid parking across the street on the fairgrounds property. Google it. Easy five minute walk to Carter Finley Stadium. Get there early though it fills up quickly. All the college kids just walk or ride there.

Mrs. Mike went to NCSU for her degree. We went to a few games. IIRC parking wasn’t too expensive…

MikeinNC,
Is the NC Fair still going? If so, that’s a big problem for parking. NC State guy myself, but live three and a half to four hours away. Don’t attend regularly.

If it is, they open fields over by the veterinary school and run shuttles. Parking was never a problem when we went to a game.
I can’t say now, as we live in TX

A quick check says the state fair ended on 23rd.

I'll check the map for that parking lot momentarily.

God bless America.

Mike, Tejas, and Wolfpacker: thank you again. We did finally get to reserve the group a spot.

Lessons were learned, though. If the group gets to go to an away game again, there's a lot more preparation to do!

God bless America.

Glad you were able to get a spot. While a Thursday night game there still should be some great tailgating going on.

Enjoy the game though as a NC State grad I’m pulling for a big Pack win!
