So what did Rainman buy? A new car!

Yep, was looking at Toyota Highlander.
Yeah, I test drove Lexus.

But they didn't "feel" right.
Until I slipped into the cockpit of the Acura MDX.
Aspec trim level.

Only the second new car I have ever bought in my life.

I got the red leather interior.

I like the Ambient lighting.

Congrats, one of the few Acuras I'd consider, anymore.

Should be solid on the engine side, I think Fred Flintstone had a J-series in his car.

Engine's been in the H/A lineup [in multiple forms/displacements] since 1998 IIRC.

Nice, and enhanced Honda. I like it. Never owned a Acura. But I am sure it is a very high quality rig. Congrats to you. I hope it serves you very well for a long time.

That's a nice looking SUV there rainman. It's built on the same platform as the Ridgeline so 3.5 V6, and SH-AWD, and I really like my 2023 Ridgeline.
