AglifterVending Machines: modern automat/machine for delicate products
There was a machine at a local farm, for selling eggs, which had a conveyor belt which was very gentle with the eggs.
I’m looking for something akin to that, ideally with refrigerated and frozen sections.

a1abdjDoes it actually have to spit something out at you?
I saw the new generation of vending machines (some which were fridges/freezers) that use sensors. You swipe your card, open the door, take what you want, and the machine charges you accordingly.

SpinZoneDetails might get you more input.
Are you looking for an egg vending machine that dispenses frozen eggs?

ShouldBFishinOne of the local ice cream shops has a vending machine so you can get your fix 24x7.
It's a pretty interesting machine - I think it's made by FastCorp.

Ice Cream Vending Machine
I was recently in England in May, while traveling through The Cotswolds you can stop at various farms that sell their goods either in a small shop or, just a roadside pull-out that has a few vending machines. This one place we went to was a dairy farm and they had several vending machines under a shed with a few picnic benches around. One machine was chilled with all sorts of cheese, yogurt and butter products, another dispensed fresh milk and another had ice cream in varying sizes and flavors. Really fun situation with interesting machines.

AglifterSo the “open the door, and take what you want” is a great idea - but doesn’t work for young idiots.
EG, Junior gets Dad’s credit card to get an ice cream, and then gives every kid in the area an ice cream.
Either Dad’s card can’t take the charge, or he challenges it, or he honestly cannot afford it.
Those are a great idea for adult, professional, populations.
Yes, the idea is to have 24/7 service. Kind of like the automat idea.
I don’t plan to sell frozen eggs, but sundaes, etc which I don’t want to drop.

But wouldn't you have the same problem with any delivery system using any type of vending machine?

No because it would only dispense what was paid for.
The other mentioned is a fridge freezer with a camera. Pretty much the honor system in all reality.

It doesn't work like that. There's a claw arm that grabs the product selected, picks it up and moves it to a place that is accessible.
I'll see if I can find a better picture. ETA: Not my video, but here it is in action:

Not in the example given:

Junior gets his dad's credit card and uses it and uses it and uses it.
I don't have a picture of it but we had a vending machine at work for disposables, e.g., keyboards, mouse, production supplies, ets. Each product was behind an individual door. You swipe your company id card. Enter the number on the door which unlocks the door. You open the door, you take out the product. after some time, the door locks again and the next product is placed in the now empty space.

I'm guessing these machines could be configured for cash only (no card reader). We have a vending machine for drinks in our office building that only takes cash.
