IPX4 Rated. I was on a trip recently and needed a flashlight. So spent >$13 for this littke light which included the battery. Seems well built. Has three settings High, low and strobe. I know it is Chicom no doubt. Overall it seems to function fine. Const. Seems pretty darn good. Has a reversible clip.
What I do not care for is that it comes on at the max setting. No way to program. But that is just an inconvenience and wastes battery life and that is a setting I do not need much. but overall for the $ it is a good little unit. Amazing cheap for what it is. Who know how it will last. It was obtained at a Walmart.

I received one last Christmas and have used it daily with no issues.
For the money its a nice little light and I have no complaints with it.
I have 3 other really nice CR123 lights and this one gets used more often.

$9.98 at Home Depot. Says my store has 27 of them.

I made a deal with a guy on eBay and got a bunch of two packs of these. My net cost per batteried light was <$7.50 each. They really are nice for the money and I give them to friends I know can use them.

For 10 bucks, chinesum aside, they are great little lights with a decent beam. I have a couple stashed about for throw away/lend or give kinda/lights.
