"There's an app for that!"

Any time there's an update available for an app that is installed on your iPhone, you get a notification of the update availability, and a short description of the update. This description is written by the supplier of the app, not by Apple. The description can be very vague, like "performance improvements," or it can be very specific.

GoodRx is an iPhone app (not sure, but there's probably an Android version, too). This app helps you find the best price on prescription meds. I just received notification of an update:

I thought you might have been joking so I checked my app updates and sure enough it’s there.
