I have a Wolf gas range with 6 burners, chargrill, and two ovens, one small and one large. It came with the house.

I love it. The burners run from very, very hot down to almost nothing.

I've hated the gas ovens I've used in the past (really cheap ones). Having gas ovens in the new house was something I was actually upset about.

The Wolf gas ovens are AWESOME. They heat up a lot faster than any electric or gas oven I have used before, and the broiler (a big weakness of cheap gas ovens) works great, very even temperature and coverage.

I thought the big/small oven setup was weird until I realized that the big oven is full commercial sheet pan size and the small one is half commercial sheet pan size.

I don't personally mind, but on mine the oven controls are totally manual (temperature knob, switch for convection, switch for light, that's it), no timers or clocks or cooking programs or anything. That might be an issue for some people.

We have a 36" Verona gas stove. It's got 5 burners, the center one puts out ultra-high BTUs (don't remember what) for things like a pot of spaghetti.

Our builder used to put a Frigidaire 36" range in his houses, but they quit making one. That's why we have the Italian made Verona. There are a couple of things about it that are a bit annoying, but it's a good stove.
