I would expect the Dems in the house and senate to introduce bill to preempt state and local abortion bans.

This could be interesting. If this was passed would it survive a legal challenge? I have no clue but would be curious as to what the resident experts think.

One could make a pretty good 10th Amendment argument against that. But the courts don't seem to be too friendly to 10th Amendment challenges to federal authority. Of course, with everything else, that may have changed.
