DBSLeg cramps
I train Muay Thai, hard, 3-6 times per week. Leg cramps used to wake me from sleep almost every night afterwards.
Once I starting drinking water mixed with these electrolyte packets
during and after the workouts, the cramps ceased.

Slam down some of this stuff when you start cramping, and you'll be cured in no time.
(That's what they advertise anyway

)
I'm kinda curious myself how well it works.

This.
I've been suffering leg cramps at night a lot. Water doesn't cure it.
I've heard the teaspoon of yellow mustard cure, but haven't tried it. But I have two packages of this pickle juice in my cabinet (8 oz and 2.5 oz concentrate).
If you're afraid of the taste, don't be. After the first sip, it goes down easy. Unless you like the taste of pickle juice. In that case, even the first sip goes down easy.
