Always on the look out for an opportunity to meet one of you virtual friends. Vacation plans through the UP brought us to Marquette so we met up with yooperSigs for dinner. He introduced us to a fine little local spot where we enjoyed a fine dinner.

The Mrs. and I were delighted to meet you. Thanks again for the tour of your city after dinner.

One of the things I like about this forum. I feel Like if I needed help out of state, I could get on here and someone would come running. I’d gladly do the same.

How wonderful! I have had the privilege of meeting with several local SF persons over the years. Always a great experience. Have also been to SF dinners when out-of-towners came here.

I have such fond memories of Marquette, getting my ass handed to me by giant Canadian hockey teams.

Miss the UP. Need to get back up there and bag a deer. Good times up there, and hearty people. I'm jealous.

Had the pleasure of having dinner with our resident monkey five years ago. He drove all the way to from Florida to meet me. What an animal. Lol. Speaking of the monkey, haven't seen him post lately. Hmmm.

This is a great place to meet and make friends. I did a transfer a few years back for Cobra21, he’s turned out to be a good buddy.

We normally go to Casa on third. Or for something less fancy, Vangos. Lots of great places to go in Marquette.

I had a great meal with scratchy in Houston area a few years back. Also with V-Tail in Florida. Great to meet up with right minded folks when traveling.
