They need to cover an out-of-date model with some ballistic armor and offer off the opportunity to shoot it with various chamberings of firearm.

For example a single ticket to shoot it with a 9x19 would be $9.
A ticket to shoot it with a 5.56 NATO would be $55.60.
To shoot it with a .308 would be $308.
With a 12 gauge shotgun would be $723 (12 gauge in caliber).
No one will be able to purchase more than 10 tickets of a particular type to keep the rich folks from shouldering out the poor folks.
All funds to go to the charity of the winners' choice.
